This summer, Michigan Paving and Materials hosted briefings at our asphalt plants in Jackson, Lansing, Kalamazoo, and Grand Rapids, where we engaged local legislators and state leaders on the critical need for infrastructure funding in Michigan. To grow our economy and make Michigan a place where people want to live, learn, and work, we must prioritize well-maintained roads and strong infrastructure. We’re grateful to the legislators who visited our sites to discuss this vital issue, and we also appreciate the valuable insights from our industry partners—McAlvey Merchant & Associates, the Michigan Infrastructure and Transportation Association, and the Michigan Aggregates Association—who participated in these briefings.
